True Fitness Technology has begun manufacturing and distribution of their new "Stretch Station", a multipurpose flexibility product and program intended to prepare the body for improved performance. The 'True Stretch' was designed by physical therapy expert Gary Gray. It incorporates hundreds of stretches for all three planes of motion-the forward and back sagittal, the side-to-side frontal and therotational transverse. The True Stretch consists of a powder-coated 120-pound tubular steel frame with no moving parts and no maintenance requirements. It will support 1,000 pounds, requires no power source and is compact at 4' x 4' x 7' 8" high. Users stand in a natural upright posture while using the station, on a rugged polyethylene base platform.
