I have a cold should I follow my normal fitness routine?

Always ask your personal physician, but as a general rule the

"Neck-up" rule applies--

If the symptoms are all above the neck, such as a runny nose or sneezing, its generally OK to work out. Fevers, body aches and chills call for more caution.
