Fit Tip:
Try your best to keep your exercise routine during the holidays. If you can't make it to the gym or you don't have enough time to do your usual activities...run the Turkey Trot, take a brisk walk, shovel snow, or rake leaves. Keeping yourself active will also help to reduce holiday stress!
